CBCo Brewing's story started out in Margaret River, where they helped pioneer brewing in a region best known for wine. Now into their third decade and with a brewery in Melbourne too, they're hiring another brand ambassador for WA. JOB DESCRIPTION: BRAND AMBASSADOR Established in 2004, CBCo Brewing is a fast-growing Australian owned independent craft brewery. Born in Margaret River, CBCo expanded to an east coast home Port Melbourne in 2016. With an increasing product range and an evolving beer program CBCo has grown to a National brand on and off premise. We are looking out for a Brand Ambassador specialized in servicing an existing customer base as well as seeking out and securing new business to drive growth in WA. We are after someone who loves good beer, great people and is passionate about Australian owned and operated businesses. At the end of the day, someone who you want to have a beer with. You will be familiar with the Perth pub bar scene and are always keen to check out new venues. POSITION This position is an energetic role that focuses on increasing sales and awareness across Perth, growing relationships across the industry, identifying and creating opportunities for the CBCo brand to grow. Requirements include but are not limited to: Superior knowledge and passion for craft beer as well as the hospitality industry. Experience in a similar role in Liquor or FMCG. Understanding of the Perth hospitality industry. Ability to identify opportunities and grow strategic relationships. Flexibility with working hours. Ability to work autonomously. Key Responsibilities of the role include: Manage existing territory of customers while seeking out new business to drive sales and distribution of CBCo products throughout the territory. Achieve minimum number of sales calls per week set by the state Sales Manager. Activate and host events/tastings both On and Off Premise, including festivals and events. Engage and grow relationships with key account groups. Grow and maintain relationships in the industry. Strategic thinking to increase distribution and visibility of CBCo Brewing brands in a highly competitive market. This role will work alongside a team of Brand Ambassadors and Brewers, reporting to the WA State Sales Manager based in Perth, WA.
