Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Manage the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions Engage with stakeholder in discussions of the business situation and strategy Work with the business users to define the project scope and timelines Formulate and execute project plans, and manage cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies, solution practices and business domains Responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple related material projects Manage, lead and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project or projects Responsible for end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution Accountable to ensure that all applicable Enterprise standards, Enterprise procedures and any FLU/CF procedures are followed for the project and documentation meets Enterprise and line of business requirements Document and maintain complex business models, should interact with all departments and should participate on business definition meetings Contribute to risk culture by holding self-accountable to managing risk Requirements: Business Analyst (Domain Experts) PMP Certified Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall) Previous experience in banking segment handling complex projects Excellent oral and written communication (English - Spanish) Demonstrated compliance culture Drive adoption of operational processes Ability to work in group Remains positive and focused during times of pressure or adversity Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems Strong analytical skills and strong knowledge about business process, and product life cycles Ability to engage with the client in technology discussions Project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution Experience in planning project deliverables and roadmap in close collaboration with product owners Ability to coordinate across developers, vendors, and business users Experience in issue resolution across multiple locations and businesses Demonstrated skill in client relationship management and ability to manage, direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members Self-motivated, pro-active individual, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to drive a project from concept to delivery Windows products including Visio and Project Pay Range: $63.94 - $71.94 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
