Position Overview:

We are seeking a Training Program Development Specialist to lead the creation and implementation of a structured and scalable training framework for our production workforce of approximately 3,000 employees. This high-impact role will support onboarding, skills development, and career progression—driving a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Job Title: Training Program Development Specialist

Location: Commerce, GA

Salary Range: $57,000 – $80,000 (Based on experience)

Shift: Day Shift Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage a comprehensive, multi-phase training program:
• Robust onboarding for new hires
• Skills advancement pathways for production operators
• Development of certified trainers for advanced and leadership roles
• Collaborate with plant managers and Employee Relations to define clear, attainable career pathways
• Coordinate continuous learning initiatives that support professional growth and promote internal mobility
• Partner with engineering and subject matter experts to facilitate the creation of technically accurate and relevant training content
• Implement effective assessment tools and skills testing to measure learning outcomes and drive performance improvements
• Continuously evaluate, adapt, and scale training programs based on employee feedback, production metrics, and evolving business needs

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Experience in corporate training, instructional facilitation, or employee development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for people development and workforce empowerment
• Experience developing training programs for large organizations (1,000+ employees), ideally in a manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling training programs across multiple sites
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse departments including Operations, Engineering, and HR
• Proficiency in Korean is a plus
