Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at Ericka Richards Real Estate Services Inc. in Santa Rosa, or anywhere in CA. The Salesperson will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and showing properties that match those needs. Additional responsibilities include negotiating sales agreements, guiding clients through the closing process, and staying updated with current market trends. The Salesperson will also be required to maintain client relationships and develop new business opportunities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven sales experience and ability to close deals Knowledge of real estate market trends and property values Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency with CRM software and real estate databases Technological skills desired Valid real estate license in the state of California or mortgage license Experience in client relationship management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Looking for driven and ambitious agents who just want to be left to their own sales processes, eager to hold their own business!
