JOB SUMMARY

The Quality and Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing, providing oversight, and implementing unique training throughout the company that supports the company, regulatory and department success. This role will play a significant part in the application and understanding of ProLift’s core values, mission and purpose. The Training Program Coordinator will work with the Technical Services team, the Recruiting team, Branch Managers and Senior Leadership in aligning and executing an industry-leading training program across all locations and team member levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist, improve and/or develop training for all company departments, track and report on outcomes of all training.
  • Assist with everyday duties within the Technical Services department.
  • Seek and gather information from operations, employees, and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve.
  • Create printed, digital, and instructional materials to be used in training.
  • Communicate proactively with the HSE team to identify training gaps and opportunities to be addressed.
  • Implement training on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods according to the specific purpose or audience.
  • Research curriculum actively and remain up to date on the development of training that meets regulatory, industry and customer requirements.
  • Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training material/sessions.
  • Review and update current training that may no longer meet company, industry, or regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of a mentorship program that supports ProLift core values and creates culturally aligned, effective local leaders.
  • Coordinate individual training schedules with Branch Managers and local mentors for successful training completion.
  • Organize train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
  • Track and Report training successes and needs weekly.
  • Assist with the Development and Implementation of Quality Documentation across different Operating Companies.
  • Assist with creating, writing, and disseminating quality audit reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptionally organized with very high attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and technical written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Pass Microsoft knowledge assessment with a minimum score of 75%
  • Able to travel with limited notice.
  • Travel Potential: 10% - 25%
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, specifically (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe, Teams.)
  • Maintain compliance with ProLift’s Drug and Alcohol policy.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple training events.
  • Experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools.
  • A good understanding of a complete training cycle: assessing needs٫ plan٫ develop٫ coordinate٫ monitor and evaluate
  • Familiar with traditional and modern on-the-job training methods and techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize needs of department.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with training development and process design software (Rise 360, Lucid, etc.)
  • Experience in the heavy construction industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in a training/coordinator role.
  • Experience working with multi-media equipment.
