Overview:
The Personal Trainer is responsible for performing physical assessments on members and developing personalized exercise prescriptions based on each member’s fitness assessment and health history. They orient members to the equipment and use of the facility and update member’s exercise prescriptions as needed while monitoring participation for retention purposes. They must possess excellent communication skills. Understands and practices the institutional Core Values of Dignity, Justice, Stewardship, Compassionate Service and Excellence.
