ThePerformance MediaDirectorwill translate business and marketing objectives into impactful programmatic, paid social, paid search and ecommerce activations.We’re looking for someone who will push the boundaries of innovation and creativity, while always delivering on client’s core business needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning strategic digital media initiatives that help drive the department and agency forward.
• Ensure strong day-to-day digital media process, serving as a strong mentor for the team.
• Ability to train, motivate, grow and evaluate team members, fostering a strong cohesive working environment (teamwork mentality).
• Deliver high-quality digital media plans, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how online channels can achieve (and exceed) objectives and goals, in tandem with offline media.
• Provide excellent client service by being responsive, accountable, and detail oriented.
• Strong executional experience in DSP platforms (Adelphic, TTD, DV360), retail media platforms (Walmart, Amazon) and paid search/social platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok)with a keen eye to optimization details.
• Ensure that our client budgets are being utilized effectively and coming to the table will new recommendations—this may include budget optimizations, testing new channels, audience expansions, etc.
• Build, optimize, and report on digital campaigns through both dashboard reporting and larger QBRs across traffic, engagement, and ROAS metrics.
• Ensure proper setup and data piping between hookups for the agency’s real-time client dashboards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in digital media planning and execution.
• 5+ years of staff management.
• Strong familiarity DSP platforms (Adelphic, TTD, DV360), paid search/social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Bing, etc.) and performance analytics platforms (Looker, Supermetrics, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
• Track record of upholding strong client relationships.
• Strong coaching and mentorship skills – dependable, respectful and communicative.
