- Working with the leadership team to assess, maintain, and update practicum health requirements, criteria, and hour logs.

**Qualifications:**

- A Bachelor's degree with relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in practicum assignment and coordination techniques.
- Familiarity with national and state board of nursing licensing requirements for online practicums.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to health clearance requirements.
- Understanding of admission policies, student advising procedures, and registrar processes.
- Ability to work remotely, with occasional travel required for immersion experiences and college events.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of higher education, with the ability to:
- Manage change effectively.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with practicum partners.
- Navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and remote meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.

**Preferred Skills and Abilities:**

- Demonstrated management and leadership skills, including:
- Collaboration with key stakeholders in nursing program coordination.
- Independent decision-making in developing solutions to challenges.
- Adherence to college policies and procedures.
- Critical thinking and sound decision-making abilities.
- Strong professionalism and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take on new projects.
- Emotional intelligence in interactions with students, staff, administrators, clinical partners, and advisory board members.
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse population and work independently.
- Maintain records that contribute to state and accreditation requirements, as well as institutional effectiveness plans and systematic evaluation plans.

**Preferred Knowledge:**

- Familiarity with Castlebranch, Typhon, CampusNexus, NursingCAS, Canvas, and the Multi-State Board of Nursing and Licensure Practicum Placement System.
