Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute a variety of marketing initiatives. This fully onsite, permanent/direct-hire position based in Cincinnati, OH, plays a key role in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting internal and external communications across multiple platforms and events.

Compensation:

• $60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Fully onsite, five days per week

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist:

• Plan and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
• Drive lead generation efforts through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and website optimization
• Manage content calendars for blogs, social media, newsletters, and case studies
• Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional content and multimedia assets
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and client-facing events
• Capture and organize event content for marketing use
• Contribute to internal communication efforts and employee engagement activities
• Support proposal development, RFQ/RFP submissions, and maintain marketing documentation
• Maintain CRM records and organize marketing assets and past project files

Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in content creation and digital marketing tools
• Collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented mindset
