General Manager Essential Functions:
• Profit & performance:Manage your location P&L and drive margin across sales, parts, and service.
• People & culture:Build, coach, and align a team around service excellence and accountability.
• Customer relationships:Solve high-level customer challenges, manage escalations, and lead from the front.
• Operational efficiency:Maintain a professional facility, secure property, and streamline workflow.
• Strategic collaboration:Work across locations to align with company-wide initiatives and leadership goals.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience required.
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
• Experience dealing with elevated customer issues.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Knowledge of financial metrics, marketing experience, and a solid understanding of sales, parts, and service operations.
• Solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Technical capacity and ability to use Microsoft Office and our business systems.
Physical Demands:
• Sitting for extended periods.

• Vision adequate to operate a computer, telephone, and oversee branch operations.
• Ability to travel when necessary.
