In this role, you will play a vital part in educating customers, guiding them through the enrollment process, and helping them make confident decisions about their healthcare needs. You will also have the opportunity to build strong connections through community outreach, events, and personalized service.

What You Will Do:

• Help customers understand and select the right health insurance plans based on their unique needs.
• Conduct in-person, phone, and online consultations to assist new and existing members.
• Actively manage leads, make outbound calls, and generate referrals to meet sales goals.
• Host educational sessions and community events to share valuable information about available plans and services.
• Develop relationships with community organizations, businesses, and groups to promote services and expand outreach.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure member satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Support the overall success of the center through teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail, insurance, or healthcare.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Florida 2-15 (Health, Life & Annuities) or 2-40 (Health Only) license.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online sales tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) is a plus!!
• Bonus: Experience with health insurance, community outreach, public speaking, or business development.
