About the Opportunity:
Incodema3D is looking for a motivated Additive Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in developing and optimizing AM processes. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment, taking parts from the initial New Product Introduction (NPI) stage to full production readiness. The engineer will collaborate with internal teams and customers, contributing to continuous improvement in quality, reliability, and efficiency.

Your Contribution:

• Develop and optimize metal AM processes for production readiness through the NPI process.
• Partner with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and meet customer requirements.
• Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs and provide DfAM guidance.
• Lead process development activities, including parameter tuning, build strategy, and post-processing validation.
• Investigate and resolve process issues through root cause analysis (RCCA).
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality, reduce times, and improve efficiency.
• Document and maintain work instructions for knowledge sharing and compliance.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, or related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in additive manufacturing, or equivalent.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in 3D printing and CAD software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
