Are you a hands-on HR leader who thrives in operations and service delivery? My client is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead a dynamic HR Operations team responsible for HR, Payroll, and Benefits administration across North America.

In this role, you'll be the go-to leader for employee services, process improvement, system optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. You'll manage the full employee lifecycle and help shape the experience for employees and managers alike by driving best-in-class support and self-service functionality.

• Lead and develop the HR Operations team with a focus on excellent employee service delivery

• Oversee processes and systems supporting payroll, benefits, applicant tracking, reporting, and HRIS integrations

• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution and communication

• Manage day-to-day workflow and prioritize escalations

• Monitor service KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide strategic support and guidance to payroll and benefits team members

• Work with global HR counterparts; international travel required 2-3 times per year

• 2-5+ years of experience managing an HR operations team

• Strong background in payroll oversight and US benefits administration

• Confident managing executive-level stakeholders

• Skilled in process optimization, workflow management, and team leadership

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong follow-through

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
