What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Accountable for Service Delivery for Quality Vault implementations, ensuring customer success
Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Services teams to align on program milestones
Develop strategic relationships with customers' IT and business executives to define roadmaps
Lead services contract negotiations and develop implementation proposals
Oversee project execution and manage post-deployment application teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

12+ years in large-scale program management with software delivery in Life Sciences or Healthcare
In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical R&D in Quality and Manufacturing
Proven experience in leading diverse global teams for large, complex GxP technology implementations
Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence at the executive level
Based in North America with the ability to meet travel requirements of 25-50%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Veeva Vault implementation
Background in Software as a Service implementation in the GxP space
