Overview: As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying client staffing needs to placing qualified candidates in suitable positions. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and recruitment expertise to effectively match client requirements with candidate capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Collaborate with clients to develop job descriptions, establish recruitment strategies, and set expectations for the hiring process. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and recommendations based on assessment findings. Client Engagement and Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support throughout the recruitment process. Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Collaborate with clients to facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities. Talent Acquisition and Placement: Proactively source, identify, and attract top talent to meet client staffing needs within specified industries and functional areas. Facilitate the placement process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers. Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles. Market Research and Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence relevant to client industries and talent pools. Provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations based on market research and benchmarking data. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales, preferably within a staffing agency or recruitment firm. Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and candidates. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
