Freelance Digital Project Manager (Mid-Level)

Location: Remote | Contract | Strategic Education Inc.

Strategic Education Inc. is seeking a mid-level Digital Project Manager (Freelance) to lead digital and creative marketing projects across our platforms Sophia Learning and Workforce Edge . This role involves managing updates to over 1,000 landing pages and coordinating marketing initiatives including digital, print, email, and social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead management of marketing projects aligned with SEI's goals and standards.


2. Collaborate to define scope, timelines, and resources.


3. Manage project execution, scheduling, and risk mitigation.


4. Communicate proactively with stakeholders.


5. Interpret creative briefs into actionable plans.


6. Navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and adapt to priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 35 years in digital/creative project management.


2. Proficiency in Asana, Jira, Basecamp, Trello.


3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with leadership and communication skills.


4. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
