Job DescriptionThe Desktop Support Technician and IT Training Coordinator will support the day-to-day IT needs of our entire user base spanning multiple locations, including remote workers, across a multitude of technologies; as well as coordinating and providing IT training to end users. The technician will work closely with the Director of IT Services to develop and execute IT training initiatives for our end users. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues to ensure the smooth operation of employees' IT systems. The technician will work closely with end-users to resolve technical problems, assist with installations, and ensure that workstations are properly maintained and configured.

Salaried Non-Exempt: Personnel will earn their regular salary and be entitled to overtime pay when they work over 40 hours in a workweek
