We have been ranked #1 for Market Impact by Everest Group for four times in a row and ranked #1 for completeness of vision, test advisory and Digital Business Assurance in Gartner Magic Quadrant! **Cypress Test Automation Engineer** **Location: Columbus, OH(Remote)** **Required Qualifications:** - BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent - Develop functional automation scripts with a **t least 8+ Yrs. of experience in QEA testing** - **Must have strong experience in Cypress and in Tosca testing.** - Demonstrate **expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance.** **Roles/Responsibilities:** - Hands-on experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management. - Show proficiency in accessibility testing to ensure compliance with standards. - Exhibit strong skills in manual testing to identify and document defects. - Be adept at REST / API Service Testing for validating API functionality. - Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. - Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle - Have experience working in writing SQL queries at ETL QA level **Work Authorization:** Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until 04/25/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
