Job Description

Corporate Paralegal needs Paralegal Certificate with 2 years' experience) to work 2-3 days per week
Corporate Paralegal requires:
Experience in global corporate legal department
Familiar with legal entity structures, organization and operational documents
Experience identifying and handling corporate documents of all nature
Experience with the following software: Windows 10, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, PowerBI

Corporate Paralegal duties:
assist other corporate paralegals globally in support of loading project Bulldog documents into SharePoint and PowerBI
obtain signatures for Bulldog documents
collect and maintain due diligence data,
review documents for specific information as requested.
Employment Type: Temporary
Salary: $ 25.00 Per Hour
