Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Must practice active listening/ and problem-solving skills Driven, tenacious and enthusiastic attitude Service-minded 'How can I help?' approach Methodical, organized and with excellent attention to detail Team Player willing to roll sleeves up and collaborate with the team Ability to multi-task and work under pressure High level interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written Computer skills (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation, Web-based platforms. Dynamics 365 experience a plus but not required. Five9 experience not required but desired.
