RequirementsStand and walk for long periods of time 5-10 hours per shift
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lb, including tables and other restaurant items.
Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, and carry.

Work in space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures
Carry and lift racks of glassware and dishes
Continuously have hands in contact with liquid,s including water and cleaning substances
