Job Description

Bacetti, a full-service, Roman-inspired restaurant in Echo Park seeks experienced and knowledgeable Bartenders to join our staff. We train all Front of House staff members as Servers first and foremost, and promote a team-driven "All Hands" approach to service, with all support staff working serving shifts in addition to their primary role.

Our beverage menu consists mostly of natural wine, with a limited selection of beer and aperitif cocktails. Bartenders are expected to be knowledgeable of the wine program while also taking ownership of bar service, with duties including but not limited to: pouring wine and preparing cocktails and coffee beverages for the entire house during service, tending to guests waiting for tables, inputting takeout orders from guests, keeping inventory stocked behind the bar, polishing glassware, maintaining clean and organized workspaces and storage areas, and preparing ingredients for cocktails and N/A beverages.

We are a pooled house and apply a 20% auto gratuity to all checks, which is shared among FOH and BOH (additional tips left by guests are pooled among FOH only). Payroll is processed weekly with paydays every Friday. We offer dinner service every day of the week from 5pm to 10pm. Potential candidates must be available for at least three shifts per week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Previous bartending and/or serving experience is required, and experience in high-volume restaurants is ideal. Attention to detail, efficiency, strong wine knowledge, a collaborative attitude and a friendly, attentive demeanor are essential!
